Awful customer service! I realized i need a heat protectant that they only sell in thier store. I seen they closed at 6:00 on Sunday and raced to the store getting there with a minute to spare. As I walked up to the store I see a dark skinned yoinger girl with large braids in her hair running to the door and I hear it lock. I stand at the door and knock. All the while she is at the register pressing buttons. She comes over to me after 30 seconds or so and says, "We are closed." I tell her, "It literally just turned 6 oclock right now and I already know what I need. Only your store sells it." She says, "Well we close the register right at 6:00." Theres nothing I can do. I knew I was pushing it with the stores closing time and I am partially to blame but really this is how this store does business. Ill be sure to never shop at this location again.
