I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND anyone placing any orders through this store. I placed an order on 9/9/09 and it had not arrived as of 12/11/09. During this 4 month period, I called the store on at least 4 occassions. When I left voice mail messages, they were not returned. When I spoke to an employee in October, I was told my items were both on back order, but would be shipped within 2 weeks. They were not shipped; nobody called me or emailed me to say there would be a delay. I spoke to the owner (Tony) on 11/9/09; at that time, he promised me that my order would be shipped by Thanksgiving. The order was NOT shipped by Thanksgiving; nobody called me or emailed me to explain there would be a delay. In fact, there was NOT one occassion during this 4 month period when anyone from the store called me or emailed me about the status, despite the fact they had my phone number and email address. The store did, however, charge my credit card on 9/9/09 and as of 12/11/09 continues to forward emails to me advertising their store and products . After 4 months of hassle, I finally had to ask them to refund my credit card and I am placing an order elsewhere because Tony refused to call the supplier to ask when my products, which he said was on back order, would arrive. Very poor customer service. I find it worrisome because it would not be a good store policy to have customers place orders, make payments, forget about their orders, and never receive their products.
