Worst experience ever!!! I will never go back there again!!! The three women that were on we so very rude to me. I get that they probably had a hard day and retail sucks but there is no reason to be nasty. None of them would help me. I had to keep asking them to help me. I will be calling the manager in the morning as well as the corprate office. It felt to me like blacks are not welcomed at this sallys. I made a purchase that was over $30.00 and I will be returning it.

I have been going there for a number of years and totally disagree with some of the previous reviews...I have always been treated with respect, find the staff to be knowledgeable about the products, courteous and helpful...I was the hair model for Beverly and Vidal Sassoon years ago and this I have a pretty good pulse on quality and customer service...they offer both

I highly disagree with previous statements. I have been going there for years and the girls are always smiling and ready to help. I love the positive vibes in the store, since the staff is always laughing. They are knowledgeable about their products and have even read me instructions out loud. Will highly recommend the Wolcott st Sallys.

The store has some good stuff but its very hard to get some help from the clerk at the front desk. I never seem to get a straight answer from her just grunts and nods. Well It wasnt a total loss because I found some really good products I needed. But in the future I will be going to another location.

Staff are rude and do not know anything about hair styling or products. Treat customers very poorly and have terrible customer service. I would never recommend for anyone to go here. Go to a reputable beauty supply store with staff who know about their products.

Who the hell hires these people? They are straight up rude and have no idea what they are talking about. The 2 girls behind the registers just carried on their conversation as if they were not ringing out a customer. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Ive never had a bad experience and I do a fair amount of patronizing at Sallys, My daughter frequents there also! Maybe out of a product but the employees are courteous and seem to be knowledgeable!
