First off I want to say I do love harmon stores. They have a nice selection of beauty products and mainly everything a girl could need! I walked into the store with my husband this week, the young employees were very rude. We saw one when we first walked in, he glanced at us then kept walking like he didnt see us. Rude! you should always greet customers when they walk in. Thats step 1 to retail... As we continue to walk through the store we saw 2 other employees again walked passed us no smile "can I help you with anything" we actually just got dirty looks. As myself being in retail at one point. Bad customer service! Will be taking my business else where...
