My Mother was at Saint Francis Hospital nearby and was about to go into surgery at 5:30pm on a Saturday. I called T&C at 4pm, they helped me pick out a beautiful arrangement and let me know that they closed at 5pm and the delivery person had 6 deliveries already to do, so there was a chance they would not be able to to deliver the flowers until the AM. I said thank you and I appreciated everything. They delivered the flowers within an hour and she received them just before she went into surgery. This made her and my family with her incredibly happy. Because of this amazing dedication to service, I felt compelled to share this story and I recommend Town & Country highly!

Just spoke with Robert. Very helpful. Took my order over the phone. After all was said and done, he let me know that the flowers would be there this afternoon - faster than I expected! And then he told me they close at 2pm so in case I call back for something, I probably wont get an answer. I placed my order at 1:15pm. Theyre delivering today and they close at 2. Now, THATS customer service!

Recently I needed to send some flowers to my Wife for her Birthday. I needed them to arrive before she left work the same day. I called and placed an order over the phone and within a couple of hours , I received a call from my wife that a beautiful arrangement arrived.
