I had to wait some time to write this so I could cool off a bit! I am still so upset over what went wrong on the day of my wedding that this will never make me feel better. I dont wish anything bad on this company and I didnt want to give them below 3 stars because of the work they do. They do beautiful work but when it comes to communication, that is where they are lacking. I asked for specific things like any Bride would and they did NOT deliver. I asked for my Huppah to look a certain way and I was promised many, manyyyy times by Josh that it would look they way I wanted it, along with the Arch/Arbor thing we were creating and all the bouquets and centerpieces. They only got the centerpieces right!!! That was it! Its a big deal to any Jewish bride to have the Huppah of her dreams and they royally screwed that up! I was so upset on the day of my wedding over those mistakes and problems that I actually cried. I cant get back that day or change how it looked and it will forever upset me. They messed up my sisters Huppah at her wedding and I was PROMISED they would not do the same again. Well, shame on me for choosing them to do the flowers for that day. Shame on me! We probably wont ever use you again or for my other sisters wedding (when she gets married). Just to clarify what exactly went wrong: I asked for certain flowers and a certain look for the Huppah, Arch/Arbor, and for the bouquets and what they gave me was their own look. They started by looking at a picture, which I told Josh would only confuse his workers because of the color and he said no dont worry I will write notes. He did write notes but the workers didnt really follow them and Josh was supposed to be there in the morning to explain how things should go (after promising us that too) and of course hey came very late and Josh was NOT there to make sure things would go right. They were supposed to keep the construction of the Huppah in the pic but have completely different flowers on it. Well that did not happen! I know that Cherry Blossoms were out of season for my wedding 6-10-17, but Josh promised to get me fake ones just for the Huppah and Arch/Arbor to give it a look that I wanted. Ummm he picked up whatever flower was in the picture which was NEVER a color we wanted nor discussed upon. I dont know how, if you write. Toes down and have a contract with it all written down, how you could get that confused. The Arch/Arbor thing was never supposed to be connected in the center. It was only supposed to almost touch. Well, it touched and was exactly what I didnt want. And it looked nothing as discussed either. I may sound like Im knit picking but when you ask for things a certain way and you hire someone to do that and they say they will, they should deliver on that and they didnt. Now the bouquets were all the wrong color pink and mine looked so dead it was terrible. They did their best to fix it but once again it was not how it shouldve looked at all. The centerpieces were the only thing that looked great except for the tree centerpieces that shouldve had a bit more color on it but all in all they were beautiful. I let those slide cause I just couldnt fix any more things that day. Oh and the reason they couldnt fix things properly was because, once again, they ran out of flowers!! I should honestly give less stars but because the workers tried their best to make me happy and fix things, they deserved it. I was soooo upset that I waited a week after my wedding to call Josh and I got nothing back from him except, "what do you want me to do about it", and would you like a free centerpiece"? Honestly, after what we paid for this, we shouldve gotten some money back. You didnt deliver on your promises and you didnt do what we asked! I may sound harsh but this is the truth. I didnt want to review you because I knew how this might come off but honestly Im still sooo upset over what you did that this is what I needed to do. I do hope in the future, you listen to brides more and give them what they ask for. Please be there next time!

Stefans did an excellent job with beautiful flowers for our wedding. I took away 1 star because we asked for a few details in our arrangements that were forgotten on wedding day. Also, the florist suggested we provide a tip of 400 dollars to the people setting up and delivering the flowers on the day of the event. This may be customary in the floral wedding business but it seemed a little excessive.
