Terrible customer service. More than once i had to push to get an employee to assist me. Have been told they do not carry things just to find it myself on the shelf. Tonight i walk up at 9:00, people inside ignore me untill they let someone else out at 9:02 and tell me they "can not let me in bc they closed already" although they rang people up for 10 more min. I run a business, and this is by far the absolute WORST "customer service" i have ever run into. But thats what you get when employe only 18-20 yr olds that dont want to be there or care how anyone feels. They just want to get paid and leave. I recommend AC moore or buy online. Do not support this place.

Their service is so sloppy and lazy. I was checking out a prismacolor marker and some other supplies, then asked the lady for assistance to open the glass door to the markers. She left for a key and didnt come back. I had to ask someone else for help. I think her name was Jeanna. She is a retard. Then when we paid and left, their was a huge hole in the bag that we didnt see until after arriving home. The prisma color marker fell out and is now currently lost. While I hate their service I must stay that they have excellent supplies for manga. Just hire people who dont waste others time....

Not a bad store for some quick craft ideas. Same as every other Michaels store. Nothing really stands out from the rest.
