What can I say. The staff is really outstanding. Last weekend I was in town and needed to get a customized matte for my art. I called a day before to see if it could be done before I headed back headed back home out of state. From the staff who answered to finally speaking with the professional framer/artist Scott it was a great experience. I didnt think I could get it done after making several phone calls to other places but Scott told me he would be able to honor my request but I would have to come on Sunday. I was so elated and thanked him for helping me. I arrived the next day and was greeted by your staff which was very welcoming. Scott was very knowledgeable and offered his recommendations for my art. I was estatic when he was able to complete the task under 30 minutes. I really enjoyed my experience here at blick art and will use them again for any other projects Ill have. Your staff has really pass the bar on customer service. I thank you for the wonderful experience. Steph

Immaculate, great variety, knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful staff. My first experience here was getting portfolio items for my son, about which I knew absolutely nothing. The sales person took his time, explained the options, the price range, the "accessories" he would need. At no time was there any "up-sell" pressure. In fact, he stated that any choice would suit our needs just fine. The cashier was awesome too. Bonus that all internet sale prices apply automatically to in-store purchases as well. I walked out with exactly what I needed and feeling well-served. Will be back many times as my son is enrolled in a 4 year college program.

Love the prices, great expertise from the helpful staff, automatic price-check against the website... this is one of the only stores that seems to get that brick-and-mortar stores need to make sure that the in-person experience offers more than just on-site inventory.
