I see people saying "helpful staff" a little gratuitously in these reviews. Perhaps the general staff, but not the framing department. There is some kid there every time I need help, and he could literally care less. Same person: gives two craps about actually helping people. He is just there to blandly carry out his daily function of standing there and occasionally (and reluctantly) typing something Into the computer. I guess I shouldnt be so quick to judge however; perhaps he just has emotional issues. Still.... Not my problem as a paying customer lol. You can sulk and carry on your pointless existence on your own time!!!

Great store, great variety and the staff are courteous. However on my last visit, there was a long line for customer service which only had one person manning the station while there were three regular cashiers with no customers just watching the customer service line get longer.

Can be disorganized at times and very slow registers with only one or two lines open at a time. Not the biggest fan of this location and if I go back I would really hope to have that change due to the convenience of its location and assortment of products for crafting.

The people at AC Moore on Hempstead turnpike are very helpful and friendly. I was trying to bring up the coupons on my phone and the cashier stopped what she was doing and helped me.

Much larger than their Carle Place location. Love the selection & variety. Cashiers friendly & helpful. Didnt get "the attitude" like I did @ the other location. Worth the trip!
