I went there looking for a new living room set. They rang everything up, took my application for credit, said that everything looked great and took my $500 cash deposit. I got a call the following morning saying that Wells Fargo was not going to approve the loan. I called the store to get my $500 back so I could go elsewhere and I was told that I would have to wait for them to mail a check in 7-10 business days because they have a no cash back policy (which wasnt posted anywhere, and in fact I asked last night what would happen if i wasnt approved and the girl said that it would have to be a manager that gave me my money back), I am disappointed in this store.

Wells fargo charges over 27% interest and the sales people at R&F get a bigger commission for financing it rather than taking payment at time of sale. I tried to pay in full at time of purchase and they told me it would cost me more if I did that, that they could give me a better price if I financed it. Now I am trying to contact Wells Fargo and I am put on hold and then hung up on three times now while waiting. I have not recived a bill and I cant make payment without an account number. They are intentially trying to cause the payment to be late so they can charge me interest and penalties it appears. Never again will I shop at R&F.

Worked with Kelly & Helen Two great individuals, personable, knowledgeable, not pushy & dont stay on top of you but still very helpful. Kid friendly environment (they played happy feet which kept the kids happy). They were very honest about the furniture (construction & materials) they seemed like normal people wanting to help not salesmen trying to push something on you. Will definitely come back and wholeheartedly recommend this store & kelly & helen

Bought a mattress with the warranty. I cant sleep on it because I cant breath or move due to the uncomfortable mattress tried to get it replaced after the seven days. They are making me wait for 30 days to replace it. So I had to go buy another mattress so that I could actually sleep. They wont return it. So this mattress just sits in another room unused. Makes no sense. I will never buy anything else again. This was the second piece of furniture Ive bought.

I just purchased a chair and recliner from this establishment and was unhappy with the recliner being a senior citizen with bad knees I had trouble operating the recliner so after only 3 day call the store to resolve the issue they said the could sell me a power one but i had to keep the manual chair they will not take it back after it is delivered. I am not happy they have lost me as a costumer.

We were completely satisfied with our purchase and service from Raymour and Flanagan BUT due to constant hassle from Wells Fargo we wont be back as long as they are your credit company. They actually said our last payment was late and it is our fault for using the U.S. Postal service. We bought them for the 25 dollars they stole.

Showroom manager took a long time to explain many details related to the furniture I needed and I was offered an excellent deal. She is very friendly and personable. Delivery was fast and professional. Highly recommend!

They sell you on the 12 month no interest no payment as long as you pay in 12 months then Wells Fargo takes over and charges you a 35.00 interest fee if they dont think you paid enough. Only happened once, paid off loan. Hello Olums,Ill never buy anything from Raymour and Flanigans again. Bunch of Bullshitters!!!!!

AWFUL We bought a very expensive stress less chair this past Friday. Before the delivery nen were out of our driveway it fell apart. That are making us wait 4 days to fix this problem. It was suggested we set up the chair in something. We are very angry.

local raymour is okay but if you get the zero percent intrest through TD Bank. Make sure you pay on or before the due date do not be late or there will be a 37 dollar late fee
