Poor customer service! I am very disappointed in the service and the communication at the vestal store. I payed to have same day delivery 2 days ago and still havent received it yet! I called to speak with a manager and he was very nasty as if I was annoying him. He eventually gave me a number to the movers Who he claimed had the bed frame. I called and they denied having it. I called the manager back to ask for a refund he said it was a mistake and the frame would be delivered today. When it finally came I was told that it would not be assembled because they were too busy and I would have to schedule a date for them to come back to assemble my bedframe. Smh Ridiculous!!!

Im so elated that I have come to American Freight to purchase my first new bedroom set for my daughter and I. I also purchased a mattress and a dining room table set as well. I had the priviledge of having my dear friend to accompany me while helping me make my purchase decisions. I also brought another dear friend to come and make her selections. The prices are amazing and very affordable. The sales women and men are extremely knowledgeable and cheerful. They were very patient in explaining the details about all of their respective options. It was a pleasure doing business with American Freight and WE highly recommend them.

I was going to buy a couch and barrel back chair. I wanted a set of throw pillows that belong to a different couch set the manager said he could not sell them to me they belong to that set I asked him if we could swap out the pillows from the set I was buying for those pillows and I would even buy the matching loveseat with my set and he still refused so for a measly set of throw pillows he lost a $2,000 sale. They really dont know how to do business there! Stay away go somewhere else!!!

CAUTION! RIP OFF IN VESTAL. BUYER BEWARE. Found my sons Box Spring was made of CARDBOARD!!! We bought a warranty and they now say we didnt. Spent over $5,000 on furniture when we bought our new house. Couch broke, beds springs busted and our son has wood coming through his boxspring. All furniture only ONE YEAR OLD! They need to change their name to DISPOSABLE. DO NOT SHOP THERE! If I could I would rate them NEGATIVE STARS

Ordered a sectional sofa but it did not arrive when the manager said it would. Manager would not honor the price the website had. Was offered a refund and had the district manager say he will expedite it. Didnt happen. Told by the manager my refund check would be in the day after he called me. It wasnt. Finally got my refund after having to threaten legal action. Terrible service, store and experience.

HORRIBLE! Dont shop there. We purchased a loveseat. They told me it would be delivered at my house by 3 pm. It was not even on the truck to be delivered until 4 pm. It never arrived at my house until 9 pm then I had to pay the delivery driver cash for the delivery. To top it off after having the couch for two weeks the cushions went flat. Five months later and the whole couch needs replacing.

Inexpensive furniture and very helpful sales associates. No bells and whistles here, but their savings is reflected in the cost you pay for the products. Id give it 5 stars, but it doesnt feel right because its a discount store. Dont expect to get exactly what you see online or in the flyer. Its more like a dollar store or TJ Maxx, they get the inventory they get and work with that.

A friend of ours told us to check this place out and I am so glad that we did! We were lucky enough to find the exact mattress that we were looking for and at about half the price of what I had found them for elsewhere! Cory was very helpful and we will be sure to go back when we are ready to buy our living room furniture!
