I walked in to exchange a hairbrush which I had bought the day before. I am not familiar in this field so I asked an employee which one would get the results that I want. After taking it home I realized that it was a wave brush which did not work for me. As I walked in the following day, the cashier called the only male on the floor to come and continously tell me that they do not return products. I told him I made this purchase based on your associates recommendation which was clearly not for my hair and they could care less. As a business you should hand me my reciept upon purchase which was not. As a customer, I should not have to ask for one. Your policy as a licensed store should be to aim towards the satisfaction of your customers and with your ridiculous policy with no sign in sight and no reciept to instruct other wise; how should one know. I knew there was no point to argue so I left the brush that I purchased on their counter and walked out. I will be sending my letter to consumer affairs. I am giving it two stars because I know the associate did not act with malice. However their approach and unwillingness to accomodate is why they get 2 stars

Worst customer service Ive ever received. I came in to ask a question about their refund policy and as soon as I walked in the door I got a dirty look and attitude. I continued to try and kill him with kindness with a smile on my face the entire time but he was extremely rude and when I asked him a question he answered me very sarcastically as if I was an idiot for even asking the question. I will never take my business here again.

I travel from Brooklyn to Queens to buy from this store. It has the biggest NYX cosmetics display Ive seen so far. They have Sigma, morphe brushes and eyeshadows and masglo nail polish to nail a few. I wish they carry more milani and Jordana cosmetics (they are my favorite). Excellent beauty store.

The manger is honestly rude. He is always talking about the people that work there with him and its honestly disrespectful what he says,cant imagine what he says about the customers.

They have just about any color line you are looking for as a professional hairstylist including hard to find colors like color touch and even some of guy tangs colors.
