They must have changed management. I grew up in the neighborhood, and have shopped here for years. A few weeks ago I bought an item, but didnt need it, so I attempted to return it. Thats when the cashier informed me that you could only return items SEVEN DAYS after purchase. It did not state this on my receipt. The manager was rude and dismissive. They have lost a once loyal customer. If you are looking for decent to good customer service, do not shop here!

Huge variety of great hair products. The prices are reasonable but their customer service is horrible. You have to ask for help a few times and even then, some of the workers act like they dont want to help you . I have had to tell a few of them about themselves a couple of times.

They are quick and the location is clean. They do not always have the youtube video selections of hair. So if you see some hair on youtube, probably not going to find it at this Beauty Supply Store. But overall, they have a lot of products and wide range to select from.

Huge variety of products. LARGE variety of natural hair products; anything you may need for your natural hair is here from the Cantu to Wen and Carols Daughter, theyve got it! Been going here since forever. The customer service sucks though, always has.

Love this store. They have the peel off lip tint which is like 9 dollars. They have awesome lashes and hair tools for the cheap. Its like walking into aliexpress physical store. Excellent.
