DONT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS! Today I called the cycle shop at 5:30pm to confirm that they would be open until 6:00pm if I brought my cycle in for service. The guy who answered the phone said yes, theyd be there until 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:51pm, and pulled in as the back garage door (in the service area) was closing. I went up to the window and waived to the guy inside - he looked at me and then turned his back and kept on working on a cycle, ignoring me. I knocked on the window; he continued to ignore me. I walked around the front of the building, to the main entrance - and the doors there were locked too, nobody at the desk. Went back around to the back and knocked on the garage window again - another guy looked at me, smirked, and went into another room not to return, while the other guy working on the cycle continued to ignore me. So I left, and there is no way Im ever returning there or giving them by business again. How rude. Do these guys really have so much business that they can ignore and insult their customers? Is their work ethic really so bad as to tell someone on the phone that they will be there until their stated closing time, but then shut the doors early and not open them even when there is a customer standing right there? Too bad this business recently changed hands. I had my cycle serviced at this shop several times under the former owners, and they never would have done this. Shame on these guys.

Had an appointment one week in advance for a Monday morning tire change was the only one on the book for the week. Owner went on vacation leaving the service person along. I understand he was overwhelmed busy time of the year. But when the owner returned he reset the schedule putting everyone ahead of me. This I dont understand so it was nine days before I finally had my tires changed even after making an appointment a week in advance. The work done was good Jim is very a very good service technician I like working with him and trust his service. I hope scheduling will improved the shop is close to me and I have been a long time customer.

This place is awesome! Whether you are purchasing your ride or having it serviced, this is the place to go. They get you in and out in no time at all. I personally have never had to wait long for an appointment. Buying my bike was super easy with no issues. When was the last time you can say that has happened to you. A Private User

Bought a sealed maintenance free battery here that was supposed to fit by bike according to the chart. It didnt fit. They traded me even for the non maintenance free version that was supposed to be more expensive and even put in the acid and charged it for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I was able to get my bike on the road that day!

We were leaving for a trip and they worked us in. They were honestand very reasonable with their pricing. Once the bike was in they also diagnosed a separate issue and fixed it, where two other shops had missed the problem. The showroom is very nice and the waiting room and bathroom is spotless! Will go again without hesitation!

Pleasant staff and decent inventory of bikes. The apparel inventory is kind of lacking and the hours/location make it difficult to get up there for those that work a 9-5 schedule.
