I walked in the door promptly when they opened. I was looking for a medical item that I wasnt sure if Guthrie carried. The woman behind the desk was quick to tell me that they didnt have it and wouldnt be carrying it. I asked if she had any similar items - after a long look she slowly told me 2 other item names. I started to ask for more information before she cut me off and repeated the names even more slowly, with a bit of an eyeroll. I wouldnt expect THAT much attitude out of a teenager, let alone a grown woman. I just cant believe how bad the customer service was.

Incredibly rude service. I had a script faxed there for crutches by CMA because it was the first supplier on the list when I googled the area. The lady there acted totally put upon when I showed up. Griped about how CMA hadnt given her any insurance info, as if it was somehow my fault. Refused my insurance and sent me elsewhere with little explanation - dont give these people business - I think they exist to profit off of elderly clients who have no other option but to endure their abuse.

Was sent here by my doctors office with a prescription. When shown the prescription the woman behind the desk was unhelpful to the point of being rude. Im actually relieved that they are out of network so I will never have to go back. I went to the medical supply office on rte 13 instead, and they were also confused by the prescription. But they offered to call the doctors office to confirm what was needed and get back to me. What a difference a little bit of humanity makes.

Weve rented a wheelchair from them twice and had good service both times. The rep was courteous and very helpful. She first made sure we understood that our insurance wouldnt cover the expense, then asked questions about our needs so wed be sure to have the right chair.

The front-desk service was courteous and pleasant; the respiratory therapist has been responsive and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. I have been quite happy dealing with the Med Supply Depot here in Ithaca.
