A few weeks, I went to Attitude Alley to see a car I saw online on their site. I met with Tom, the owner, who was very pleasant and easy to talk to. The car was exceptionally clean and in great condition. I told him that this was exactly what we were looking for and was highly interested in purchasing it. After taking the test drive, we negotiated for less than 10 minutes and agreed to a great price. This was the fastest and most cordial negotiation I have ever had in purchasing any type of vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealer for any motorcycles (bikes were awesome as well) or vehicles. Tom and his business partner, Rob, are so friendly and welcoming. We wanted to take it off the lot that day, but weren’t able to take it that day for numerous reasons. The next morning, the car was immaculate and waiting in the lot for us. We made some quick transactions and were able to close the deal very quickly. We met Rob, the co-owner, that morning who was also willing to answer and work with us with all and any concerns. I would give Attitude Alley the highest rating in professionalism, courtesy and honesty. If you need a motorcycle or any type of vehicle, I would say make this your first stop in a small quaint town of Lititz, PA. Please be nice to the cute little cat that roams around as you first enter.

I am submitting a review on behalf of a dear friend. This person put a $1000 deposit on a Harley, he was told it was inspected and in great shape, just had a battery issue that was an easy fix (just needed charged). The loan went through with zero issues, and Attitude Alley had full payment for the bike but kept claiming a title wait as the hold up, FOR THREE AND A HALF WEEKS! He drove up twice to pick up his bike and both times was told he could not take it home because they forgot to charge the battery. Finally, AA delivered the bike, but he has not been able to enjoy the bike since receiving it. He had the so called “battery issue” diagnosed, and after spending another $800 on a new front tire AND replacing the stator, the bike is finally road worthy today. The staff at Attitude Alley was no help, gave the run around for weeks, was false with the details of the bike, and gave no solution when the issues were presented.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I just bought my first Harley two days ago from attitude alley. I worked with both tom and rob, two of the friendliest and most helpful sales people Ive ever talked too. It was zero pressure and I felt like they answered everything honestly and replied to emails and phone calls within same business day. Out of all the shops in Lancaster county, I shopped around at them all, this is for sure the place you want to invest your heart and money. Great deals, excellent small town local shop. All the bikes are serviced and inspected. Zero worries and no hassle.

I had a great experience at Attitude Alley. I worked with Tom and Rob and found myself the perfect first Harley for me. Tom and Rob were very friendly and down to Earth. There was no pressure and they just wanted me to be happy with whatever bike I wanted. I ended up purchasing a sweet Sportster Roadster for a great deal and they gave it a new inspection so I could get right to riding my new bike. Definitely recommend these guys! Will buy from again when Im ready for another Harley!

Tom and Rob were great to work with! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to find a buyer for my 2008 HD Nightster within a couple weeks!
