Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to have my 2013 Ducati 1199 Panigale S serviced. They said they could service it, and have done so in the past. I rode the bike there (with a hole in the rear tire) and had my wife drop off the new tires so they could be replaced. Come to find out they cant service the bike after all. I spoke with the GM to express my frustration, and he could have cared less and said "We arent a Ducati Dealer." No, but you pride yourself on Customer Service and you gave me the run around and still charged me, for nothing! The GM refused to give me a refund and actually told me to take my business elsewhere.

When I stopped to look at a bike, one the employees asked me if I had questions and when I asked him things, he responded immediately. He was extremely helpful through the whole experience and everybody else seemed to be helping others very well, too. He told me everything I needed to know, and when I really go buy a bike, that is the first place Im headed. Ive seen a few other motorcycle dealerships and none of them are as clean or well-stocked (if I remember correctly, the guy told me they have over 400 bikes there), and their employees are not as nice. B&B is the way to go!

I love dirt bikes - motocross, enduro, street trail and also superbikes and I love KTM motorcycles. This is the only dealer carrying them for many miles around so I get here as much as I can. There are no public riding areas around B&B but thankfully they carry offroad motorcycles even so!! Thank you guys for being there, carrying the best brand offroad bikes in the world - KTM and helping keep offroad riding alive!! My helmets off to you!!

The guy who answers the phone is a complete jerk. I dont want to give a bad rating for this place because I have never conducted any business there. That being said I called there to ask a simple question about their inventory and was talked too with zero respect. I live 2 hours from this business, otherwise I would go there and tell them in person.

Had an issue with the bike after delivery. A couple weeks have gone by with back and forth phone calls/voicemails, waiting until my first service to see if they, or KTM will really reimburse/credit me $95 for having it fixed.
