Went to Auto Zone and with 1 person in front of me. The original cashier left and was replaced by someone else who started helping others as she was the only person working 2 registers. I called the first cashier who told me that he is working outside and cannot finish ringing me up. I stood at the register 10-15 mins before the cashier returned. Bad customer service.

Horrible. Every time I need parts late night I come to this auto zone, always closed before 9. I understand they want to go home early, so just change your hours to 8:45 not 9. ( in need of new night management )
