Dont waste your time or your money. The manager Judd Nelson is an ignorant imbecile. He is very rude and unwilling to assist you with your purchase. He could not be bothered, walked away while I was speaking to him (and there was no one else in the store), and just plain unwilling to help me to select the appropriate side view mirror. Very poor customer service and just plain rude. Judd Nelson is supposedly the district manager. He needs to cop a clue and learn how to run a business. There are several other auto part shops in the area who treat their customers with respect and understand the meaning of customer service. I went to another auto parts store down the road on Jericho Turnpike and everyone there was polite and willing to help me select the appropriate side view mirror (they even accompanied me to my car to make sure I wouldnt be wasting my money by making a misinformed purchase). Judd Nelson is a scrooge who can stand to take a few lessons in business 101 and humanity 101.

This is a great store. A bit cheaper than other stores and the staff knows their stuff,helpful and honest. They wont let you buy something that you dont need just because theyll make more money off of it. I went in there looking to order certain set of spark plugs that I found online and they told me that it would be a waste of money to get those and they sold me the ones that were half the price and they work fine.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. My experiences were the same as the previous reviewer. Expect rude, surly, and arrogant attitudes. The only reason this place is still here, is that theyre one of the few auto parts dealers in the area. Someone needs to open an autozone next door so these guys can close up shop.

I saw the other reviews and I dont know. Ive gotten many parts there. If they have the part I want, I buy it - usually at a pretty fair price. and it usually works fine. There is nothing I see inherently wrong with the store or the people there. - Ron G
