Went there for a stop light two people behind the counter I was the only customer in the floor I stood up there for 3 minutes and I didnt even get eye contact from them..needless to say I left the store.is a shame that advance auto parts spends so much money to bring a nice auto store to tell area and hire people with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL... as I was leaving I heard the man saying .."well" I will never go back to that store again..stay away from them!!!

Just two start becuase first customer service rep completely ignored me. However, second rep was helpful. If first rep would have at least aknowledged that I was there and would have said something to the effect that he was busy but that another rep would be right with me, they would have gotten 5 stars for this experiance. But he did not. Not sure were these companies are training their staff if at all.

I wasnt expecting it but I walked in, had prompt service, and very friendly staff! This is the first time I have been in this location, and I would recommend it to others.

This is a smaller store and was not what I expected, nothing really "fun" on display. No one asked or offered helped either. Ill buy online thanks, or go to Napa.
