I have been coming to this establishment for years because my sisters and mother referred me. I had two bras underwire snap, which one bra was two years old and the other was a year and a half old. When I told the arrogant red haired middle aged woman behind the counter that I took very good care of the bras and used their Forever New soaking solution, she replied, "Well they can break like that if you machine wash them." I corrected her and said, "I just said, I didnt machine wash them. I used the Forever New solution and soaked them, which is what you ladies recommended to me." Then her excuse was that the bras only last a year, two at best. I told her that the bra I bought a year and a half ago that broke was $160, and thats very expensive for only lasting a year and a half. I mentioned how Lane Bryant had bras for $60 and lasted the same amount of time. She said in a smug tone, "Well then maybe you should shop there." I have never had someone in retail or sales encourage me to go to their competitor. I wasnt even looking to get my money back, obviously it had been awhile since I bought the bras. I was looking to get a discount on the next bra I bought OR get a new bra for the two that broke. But you know what, forget this place. I will now discourage my three sisters and mother from going here as well as tell my friends how they treat their customers. Theyre unprofessional and sell cheap quality bras but mark up the price. Shame on them.

I went to this boutique to receive a bra fitting. The woman who fitted me was not personable or professional. She did not measure me or even ask what size bra I was wearing. She then left the room and came back with a 32B. My best fitting bras right now are 32Ds and they are a tad small in the cup and loose in the band. She took bras off of me without ever asking permission. If I was not comfortable with my body, this would have been an upsetting experience. The fitting was hurried and unprofessional. The lack of knowledge of bra sizing was obvious. She had me try on a range of sizes from a 32B to a 32E and claimed that they all fit. When a certain style of bra fit, but was more full coverage than my liking, she brought me the same style in a cup size lower, then claimed that it fit despite my breasts bulging over the top. The woman was also quite taken aback when I told her that I prefer not to wear basic black or tan molded t-shirt bras. She had a difficult time finding bras for me to try on that did not fit this description. I will continue my hunt for a relatively local lingerie store that sells small band sizes. If you are already certain of your sizing and are looking for a basic molded t-shirt bra that costs $80 or more, this store may work for you. Otherwise, I suggest looking elsewhere.

There is not a customer friendly bone in the girls body that helped me May 28. I normally buy my bras from a specialty bra store so I know what to expect.. the girl that helped me make me feel stupid for asking certain questions are having specific needs. They bring the bras to your fitting room based on your needs.. even though she aske ZERO questions..I am not certain I have what I want or if its the best bra for me. She clearly did not care about me so I dont trust her, I regret not looking myself. The owner needs to developed a sales process. There should be a "friendly " greeting, probing questions, and an agreed apon solution. Women who sell specialty bras need to be more personal than any other type of sales. These women should feel like the sales associate cares about their needs. Most women who shop at a bra specialty store probably feel ashamed or have some type of private issue. My experience was awful, it was very hard to stand in front of a rude girl topless. I was very ashamed of myself and she did not make it easy for me in any way.

Good afternoon My name is Yvonne Brown. I was in your boutique back in December cause I wanted a good Quality bra. I had a great experience with the sales associate and ended up buying the pure balance spacer bra and the special detergent she recommended. She told me to wash the bra on the delicate cycle in a laundry bag and it will be fine. Well it has been 6mos and the underwire has come out. I called the boutique to see if it could be repaired or replaced cause again its only been 6mos and I paid $99 for what I thought was a good Quality bra. Had I known it was going to tear apart in 6mos I would have stuck with Victoria secret bras they last longer and they are cheaper. Just writing this email to inform you that you have lost a customer do to poor Quality and service. I first shopped here several years ago and had a wonderful experience. I hated bra shopping and never, ever found a perfect fit before finding this shop. I was spending a fortune constantly trying to find a bra that fit me right. The woman that helped back then was wonderful and I found I was totally wearing the wrong size. I purchased at least five bras and they were worth every penny I paid for them not just because of how long they lasted but because of how much money I saved. Yes, SAVED because I now had bras that fit and had lasted me probably more than five years. I recently returned to the store and again the service was excellent! This shop has been a godsend and worth every penny I spent here. There is nothing worse (at least for me) than ill fitting bras (and shoes)!

Im sorry to see the few underwhelming reviews. My experience at this shop has been excellent. I have an adult step-daughter with a disability who is difficult to fit. Her size is not readily available in stores. The personnel at this shop have been kind and extremely helpful in helping my daughter to find the right style and fit. The bras are good quality and have stood up well to washing. We will absolutely continue to give them our business.

I have a hard time finding well fitted bras with small hands but large cup sizes. This is the o OT place I can actually try on and they really work to help you find the right fit. I have been shopping here for over 5 years and I will only ever buy my bras from this location. The bras hold up very nicely... the only reason I have had to buy more is because of my changing size with pregnancies.

First time in the store and will be returning. Have spent my adult life unable to find properly fitting bras due to my size. The ladies worked with both my mom and myself to find the perfect fits, regardless of the length of time or the number of items it took. Great service, great products, wonderful store!
