My first experience was a great one but my second was not. I had to wait for 3 months for my sized bra to come in and once it did I was not properly notified once it arrived. My bras that I have been waiting for were sold to someone else. The store said they called me to notify me of the arrival and they may have but I never received a message and/or email. Usually I would just go buy a bra elsewhere but I wear a 36I and I am also expecting so a supportive bra to fit me is rare and important. I called to check on the status at least 3 times and was always told "it was ordered". No apology was given. If you have to wait that long for your item to come in something should be done to at least smooth over the experience- shipping or a better effort to reach me would have been appreciated. I will not patron this store again. I can get the same bra on Amazon for cheaper and get it delivered to my home in 2 days- Now thats service.

I was referred here by few of my friends who share the same issue as me. I am a well endowed woman and I needed to find a bra with enough support. The experience was wonderful and I found just what I needed. I have never felt better wearing any other bra... Ive never looked better either. The appt is necessary because the bras are in European sizing and you will not wear the same size when you leave there.

Took my mother there while she was visiting here from out of time she bought 2 bras and in less than a week one of the bras underwire was sticking out. For $80.00 a bra that is ridiculous you can get a better product elsewhere and cheaper. This place should be avoided. They dont do returns only exchanges or store credit when they have a defective product that screams scam.

I went to the Virginia Beach location about 3 years ago. Did not have an appointment but they worked me in. I bought 3 bras. I see now they have moved their location. I had to leave a message for them to return my call.It would be nice if you could speak to someone right away.I hope they call me back soon. The bras fit very well.

For years I have been wearing the wrong bra. I remember being in stores for hours trying to find something that fits me. Being at The Full cup was a great experience ,because they know what they are doing and the people there are so sweet. Today I finally got the right size and the comfort I needed. I cant thank them enough.

The service is great! And not only do they help me with finding the right bra and fit you can tell that they have joy in seeing their customers happy!! Thats rare to find these days and seeing I have to spend a pretty good $$$ its nice. Wonderful experience, great workers, and great bras. . . So lucky full cup is here!

When I lived in Virginia this was the only place that fitted me correctly. I am a slender woman and it was hard to find a bra that fit right until I found this place. They had a wide range of selections and prices that were affordable. Wish this place would come out to Washington.

Outstanding service and selection. Im delighted with my new purchases. Visiting from overseas, I hadnt booked an appointment and they were able to take me as a walk-in. The style of the store, more like a salon, is upscale as are the products.
