I cannot say enough good things about my experience with these folks. Their website was very helpful in my initial project planning. Then it became a one-on-one activity, where their rep walked me through some fine details to get the final product design nailed down. I just received the pens I ordered, and they look fantastic! From start to finish, this was a great experience. For custom engraved items, Sanzo is the only place Ill go in the future. Thanks, guys!

I spent 20 minutes doing an order on there web site. When i got to final bill they somehow slipped shipping charges in. The front of their web site it says FREE SHIPPING OVER $99.00. There is no exclusion. They are crooks and cheaters. i canceled my order. Stay away from this site

Ro went above and beyond all expectations to fulfill a rush order, in a State of Emergency snowstorm, driving 2 hours to the nearest active UPS facility, and ended up saving the day where all other vendors told me it was impossible. I have never experienced such customer service.
