I have been going to this place since it opened its doors and always had a very pleasant experience with the customer service until today. The clerk ,Lisa, who waited on me was extremely rude and disrespectful. I needed help packaging an item and asked for a pair of scissors to cut the label and she literally snatched the paper from my hands and began folding and ripping it against the counter. I wouldnt normally care but her entire demeanor and attitude was completely unjustified. After she mutilated my label, she told me "its a liability to use our scissors" . OMG! Really? Whatever, but how do you explain your rude customer service? I started to call her out on it but I just bit my tongue instead. Clearly she has no business working in customer service. Word of advice to USPS...keep employees like that in the back room out of public view. Cant imagine this is the first time complaint against this employee. Dont think I will be going there anymore. How disappointing considering I live so close.

On the day before my grandfathers funeral, we went here to print out some prayers for our family to share. Not only were we misquoted a price, but we were forced to wait for over an hour for the bound copies. (We had been told 20 minutes and kept getting told just a few more minutes. The day before a funeral, there are a lot of errands to run. This was an unnecessary waste of time.) The customer service was awful and the managers response even more abysmal. Were it not for a good faith social contract, I would have walked out. My family didnt need their behavior.

I have shipped with this location several times and they are always on top of things, giving me coupons, frequent customer cards so I can get free stuff and discounts after my 10th shipment through UPS. They also have excellent employees there that treat you with good manners. They have definitely got me as a customer for the foreseeable future. I recommend this location to anyone in the area looking to ship anything, need copies, something faxed, stamps, etc.

Showed up at 5:56 pm on a Saturday. The sign said they should have been open until 7 pm, but they were not. No reason for not being open, just closed. There were two other customers trying to use them as well. If you do not want to be open past 5 pm, please change your hours to respect other peoples time.

Always friendly when we go in and its always clean. Sometimes have a bit of a wait but what do you expect. My one complain is that the prices are high for shipping and when you have to buy things from them it makes it even higher.
