For some reason this location is marked as closed when its not, its still open as of 05/2014. Let me preface this by saying I NEVER write reviews. My experience here was so negative that I felt I couldnt not warn people about this particular store and its employees. Also I apologize because this is going to be a verrrrry long winded review explaining exactly what happened. My husband and I were there about a month ago to look into upgrading our phones. After entering the store and not being acknowledged at all by the two employees working there (they were helping other customers, but I have worked retail, you AT LEAST say hello when someone walks in!), we looked around at the different phones while we waited. 15 minutes went past, they were still helping customers, so we decided to sit down to wait. We waited about another 20 mins, when someone else walked in, did the same thing as us (no acknowledgement from the employees to this guy either). He sat down, waited about 10 mins, then got up and left, the whole time nothing said by the employees. At that time another customer walked into the store and she directly sat down to wait. This time I physically saw the one employee look at her for 5 seconds or so, looked back at her work, without saying anything. This is when I really started to get annoyed. We still had to wait another good 10 mins before finally being acknowledged by one of the employees. She offhandedly said "sorry for the wait" then proceeds to tell us about the "new and improved" plans they have in place for upgrading your phones (basically no contract, you pay full price for your phone....so youre not saving any money like she was trying to say). Anyways, we call BS on this and say we want to just renew our two year contract and pay the difference after turning in our phones, like we have always done before. She says we cant do that, this is how it just has to be now, and that the only place that still does something like that is Best Buy because "they cant use this new policy yet" for whatever reason. She then said she might be able to do it but shed have to call someone for "special permission". Anyways, we tell her that well take our chances and try Best Buy then, cause we refuse to pay over $1,200 for two new phones when were just going to be trading them in in two years like normal people do (they were acting like itd be a deal for us cause in two years wed own the phones, meanwhile paying an extra $50 a month to pay them off...makes no sense, right?) We get to Best Buy, and it was the most opposite of an experience I have ever had. The Best Buy people were SO accommodating, acted like the Sprint Store was crazy, and that they could do the two year contract/renewal fine (oh and btw the employee at the Sprint Store was lying, because Best Buy could also do the new policys plans if people wanted). We wound up having to pay less than $200 for our new phones with turn in of our old ones, just what we wanted to do all along. I cant believe that this store operates with such misinformation, dishonest employees, and such terrible, terrible customer service. Please, if you do have Sprint, save yourself the headache we had to endure and go to the Best Buy on Princess Anne instead, or at least try a different Sprint Store!

Poor training and poor customer service. I came into the store to do a device swap. The swap went through successfully but the agent that I was working with failed to get my consent to add device protection. I had to spend over an hour on the line with Sprint to fix everything. In addition, I wasnt informed that Open World Call was removed from my plan. Then another thing to call back and ask to speak to a manager and the same agent I was working with tells me we have your number on caller ID and will call you back. Im still waiting for that call which Ill probably never get. I came into this store and nobody cared.

My husband had the worst service here. He had to get a new phone because his old was not working properly and when he went to the store they flat out refused to assist him with backing up his phone. Ultimately he went back the next day and thankfully there was an employee by the name of Denzel that helped him, he was the only helpful person at the store and the reason we did not switch providers.

Ive been coming to this store since it opened and had nothing but positive result on each occasion. Dave and his staff provides great customer care and service, which is why my family and I are always looking forward to doing business with them. I, also, recommend this store to my friends as well.

David I love all your folks but the red headed lady who yelled at my autistic grandson, I had a stroke prior to coming in and I took my eye off him 1 second to help my pregnant daughter and he stood on the chair... Shes been rude even before then! Get rid of her youll lose business big time!
