Store no longer accepts Return To Sender packages. The clerk states its a result of them being held liable for returned packages. This sounds like a problem between UPS and its franchise and as the customer this shouldnt be my problem. I instead have to drive 15 miles to West Chester to do a return to sender. Not cool.

Ive been a box holder for over a year now. I dont think Ive ever used my key. Each time I walk in, I am greeted by name and they hand the contents of my box to me. Very easy to work with and a friendly staff.

Good little UPS store with all the things you would expect. Plenty of packaging choices. Very helpful and friendly staff eager to offer assistance and advice, excellent parking.

Was my first time in there. I Was helped right away, they hooked me up, helped me out, answered all my questions and i was in and out in about 5 mins.
