My company, Tutor A Team, LLC is a home tutoring service and we have been with this UPS store since we opened about 5 years ago. Since Jim Sireci took over management of the store the entire operation has greatly improved and at this time it is our mailing address that I can access 24 hours per day/7days a week. It is a place where my clients and tutors can drop off any mail for us, it saves them postage and it gets to me almost immediately. Jim, Pam and RoseAnn are all very professional in the way they work and they will do whatever is necessary to help my company improve its image. I see this staff 6 days per week when I pick up the mail and frequently I have questions about specialty printing, packaging, mailing cost, better ways to do things and they are really an extension of my office staff. Without this UPS store I would really miss their participating in my company. How many store owners do you know that will give you a key to their front door? One stop, convenient, efficient and affordable! I use the UPS Store for both business and personal shipping and printing needs and they never disappoint. Jim and his staff offer excellent customer service, and I love supporting locally owned small businesses. During the holidays, as I was shipping gifts, I commented to them that they made the chore of shipping so easy, packing and labelling everything for me, and that I was dreading going to the post office next, because of the lines and lower level of service. With a smile, the lady at the counter asked why I had to go there. I told her that I had some gifts going to military addresses that needed to go priority mail with customs forms. I was so happy when she told me that they could handle that for me as well.

Call on Friday to get package shipping rate. Arab asked for size and weight of box. Quoted price of $10.44. Call back on Monday to confirm price would be the same, before driving to store. Arab stated it would be the same nothing had changed. I then gave size and weight. Arab quoted $16.97, advised him of his quote of $10.44 on Friday. Asked why price different, Arab stated "I dont know". Thats why I called back before driving to store, wasting time and fuel, Arab did not impress me on Friday with his people skills.

GET A MAILBOX HERE NOW!!! One of the BEST things Ive done for my business. I never have to worry about any packages being left outside or not signed for...I get instant notification of any mail and/or packages once they have been delivered to my box...and they take care of all my mailing, shipping, and printing needs too...and at a very fair price...plus GREAT Customer Service from good, honest folks...HIGHLY RECOMMEND...plus you will be supporting a LOCALLY owned business!
