My review is to warn people that iPhone 7s are not compatible with Verizon. My dad went to the Apple Store they turned off his roaming stating that could help, but they had 3 customers before him with the same issue and its a Verizon issue. We called Verizon the next day and they admitted the new iPhones are having trouble as they are not currently compatible with Verizon technology and Verizon did not know when this issue would be fixed. Google this issue and you will read many other peoples stories of the same complaint.

I preordered the s8 to get the vr they ordered it wrong so now I wont get it because of there mistake is the first problem the second is I made a cash transaction then the said that credit card would be better so we switched to me paying with cc and they never give the cash back to me. I tried getting the store manager to play back the video feed to prove my claim and he refused to do so. I have tried to get him to cooperate with me with no luck. Very bad customer service DO NOT USE THIS STORE

Use caution dealing with this store, they messed up several times on our contract and even when my daughter went on her own plan. My recommendation would be to drive the extra miles to talk with the corporate stores, located in Ithaca, Syracuse or Vestal. We have had several conversations with cooperate and Thank Goodness they were able to fix things right away.

Very disappointed in the service, the gentleman that waited on us was playing a game on his phone the whole time he was talking to us. We asked about the $45.00 per line plan and he said our bill would go up $50.00 per month and when I said the advertising was misleading, he said it was to waste our time coming in to ask questions. Terrible customer service!!

Intentionally rips off old people. Should be illegal. My neighbor downstairs was paying 237 a month in order to simply play online games. They sold her all sorts of things she totally didnt need, and they knew it. Please do not associate with this company ever if possible. Also their tech support line has more ads than a 2005 neopets page.
