Dont trust any of the "A Wireless" employees. Their sales rep: Dedrick J. will lie to you and tell you that their phones cost the same as the Verizon corporate stores which is not true. Also, they do not offer you as much money for your trade-in phone ($165 vs $200) and will lie to you about the amount they will give you (Stated $170 and then after I finally checked out it was $165 on the receipt). Dedrick J. made up fees to upgrade your phone to the Verizon edge program that even his bosses had no idea where he came up with those fees. They do not clearly explain what your fees will be monthly and use terms like "7ish" when really they are $10/mo. Over the course of 20 months that is $50 more. Also, the manager Samir NEVER returns phone calls. Very inconsiderate and rude. His assistant manager Emily was very nice but she could not get him to return any phone calls either. Here is the bottom line: NEVER trade in your phone at one of these retailers and NEVER sign up for the edge program through of them as well. You can try and correct the bill but then they wait after the 14 days and tell you its too late and Verizon cant do anything about it either. STAY AWAY FROM THESE RETAILERS! GO TO THE CORPORATE VERIZON STORES!!!

Ive never before been able to describe purchasing a mobile phone as an awesome experience. My iPhone died and I needed a new one today. After going online and checking things out I decided to stay with Verizon, though my prior experiences with Verizon have been less than satisfactory. I looked online and found that the Arnold store had an excellent reputation. So I called to speak with someone about my options. Karissa answered the phone and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful surprise. A couple hours later, my daughter and I wandered into the store. After waiting a couple minutes for Karissa, who was busy with another customer, we started on purchasing the phone. Of course, these things are never easy. We ended up changing plans, getting a jet pack, as well as purchasing the new phone. After everything was said and done, I can tell you that I had an exceptional experience purchasing a phone. Professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and clear with communication- Karissa was all this and more. In the end, a happy customer with a new iPhone 6s. Thanks Karissa.

My husband and I had previously gone to one of the big Verizon stores, where they take your name and phone number at the door and have you wait until someone is available to talk to you. We went into this Retailer store just to get some information about new phones and the new plans offered. We were happily surprised when we were greeted and assisted immediately by Ed Kelliher who graciously went over the new plans in a way we could understand. We ended up upgrading our phones that day after Ed reviewed what was important to us in a phone and gave us all the reviews and stats on current options. After having had Samsungs and thinking we were going to go either S6 or iPhone we left with LG4s and couldnt be happier with our choices and the service we received. This will be the store we go to for any future questions and needs. Thanks Ed!!

For starters no wait. Had issues with phone updating and installing apps. Sarah was very friendly and helpful. She is in training and asked her trainer Andrew for assistance. Andrew was awesome. Solved the problem. He was also able to tell me why my phone mutes or hangs up during call. (Because I pulled off screen protector). They even had them in stock when 2 other stores did not. I will definitely be back to verizon in Arnold. Andrew rocked my experience at Verizon. Thx Andrew for making this experience positive. Sarah did a great job too.

My experience at Arnold Verizon Cellular Sales was very wonderful. I came in with my dad to inquire about our data plan and upgrade opportunities and our saleswoman, CJ was extremely helpful. She mapped out what our payment options looked like now and what they would look like with a new unlimited plan and was helpful in upgrading us to a great new plan. She was very personable and made sure we were making the most of our money. I am so excited about my new phone and the new plan! I would definitely recommend anyone with Verizon to stop by this store.

I came here today looking for a phone as a graduation gift for my son. One of the employees, Tim, greeted us at the door with a very nice demeanor and offered to help us with anything that we were looking for. Tim was very flexible with everything that we were asking about, as well as doing his best to explain why promotions that were going on within the store. The store itself is very nice, never super crowded, and the employees always seem to be in a helpful mood no matter what day.

When my family and I moved here from overseas, we all needed cell phones. I asked around and was told the best company to go with in this area, for coverage and service, would be Verizon. Soon after we purchased our home in Arnold, I walked into the Verizon store there and was greeted by Tricia. She was amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She made us feel like we were dealing with a family member in the business. I recommend Verizon in Arnold to all my friends!

Stopped at the Arnold store the other day and was helped by a young man Josh B., not being a computer /phone savvy person Josh took a long time to explain everything from new phones, to problems I had with my old phone, to changes in my verizon plan. He went above and beyond and about 2 hrs. later, I had a new phone, a changed plan, and all my questions answered. Josh also followed up with me the next day, so if your looking for excellent help, go to the Arnold store.

I came in the store for an issue with the speaker on my phone. Steven Bauman greeted me right away. Steven was very friendly and helpful, he noticed that I was close to an upgrade for my phone. Steven went over all details pertaining to what I would be signing up for and explained all the cost to me. He was awesome and I would recommend him to anyone looking for assistance with plans or devices. I also love the fact that I was able to get my new tablet!!!!!!

My last phone was going crazy so I had to get a new one here. For once it was quick and easy. The young man that sold me the phone was very sweet and he knew what he was doing. He helped me pick a phone and case cover, and transfered my last phone to my new one all in 20 minutes. There was no wait and they were able to help me right away. This is my favorite Verizon store Ive been too.

Worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. The sales person was very nice but stumbled through the transition from old phone to new. Then when the tech REFORMATTED my SD card and DELETED all my music, pictures, and Office files I couldnt take it anymore and angrily left. All they could say was "sorry sir". AVOID this place like the plague. I dont know how they stay in business.
