I had a great experience at this white marsh location after the store in the mall couldnt help me. This lady Janae was very helpful and set up and reset all of my account passwords so I can get into my gmail to get all of my information back. She was big help to me and I will come again!

Worst customer service! We went in for a SIM card and they told us their system was down, and refused to give us a complementary one. They cost what, $5?!? Lost a loyal customer.
