I thought I was kind of an expert at the programs that Verizon had going on. I went in to get a new phone after my Galaxy S7 started acting up. Farrah not only lowered my bill for me and hooked me up with my new S8, but introduced me to several new programs that Verizon had going on. I opted in for most of them! Farrah is super knowledgeable, super confident, and has a great customer service attitude. Ill keep coming back to her as long as she is with Verizon. Give that girl a promotion!

I just wanted to thank Farrah and Erin for all of their help with my husbands phone. Not only did we receive amazing customer service but they were the best reps we could have come in contact with. Farrah gave great assistance with picking out and setting up the phone that he wanted; all while listening to the sweetest 90s music. I went into the store yesterday because my phone broke so I needed a new one. Erin helped me with everything! she was so fun to work with and really made the whole "phone breaking" experience good! The whole team at this store is awesome. I bought my last 2 phones here and they always hook me up, letting me know when there are deals that I would benefit from or ways I can save money!
