THERE ARE NO FINER AND ORIGINAL DESIGNERS THAN THESE GUYS!! I have used the Bourghol Brothers for well over 20 years (I actually remember when they opened their doors for the first time). Charlie and Alex are the ABSOLUTE VERY BEST IN THE BUSINESS!! These guys have done countless personal designs for me that were far from easy, but they handled it with NO PROBLEM. I have been out of the country and NY for many years now, but I will be getting in touch with them very soon for my next "From Scratch Design/Project". These guys have always bent over backwards to be accomodating and are truly unique in the highly professional way they have always handled business. To be honest, they are the ONLY Jeweler my family has used for years (and I have a LARGE family) since we found them long ago. I recently got engaged and let me tell you , Pete from Bourghol Brothers made me the most perfect ring. I went in to there store for the first time a few months back and my fiancé was working with Pete prior,but I had no idea of course, and he had asked Pete to act like he didnt know him when he brought me in. My fiancé wanted to make sure I received a ring I was happy with and Pete made that happen. I described what I wanted, and he understand exactly, and helped me understand the terms, and what to look for when picking out a diamond and I couldnt be any happier. We will be going back to there to get our wedding bands and any sort of jewelry we ever need. They are family owned, and everyone in there is so nice. They truly are the best.

My fiancé and I live in Nashville, TN, and were having a hard time finding a jeweler who seemed like a good match for our style and price point. My fiancés mother lives in New York and recommended we contact Bourghol Brothers to do the re-design work for my engagement ring. Mark Bourghol was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and sent digital images of the ring design to us via email. We are so happy with the end result and couldnt recommend them more highly. On top of all that, they beat every other jewelers price by half!

Everyone at Bourghol is professional and courteous. I needed a watch band replaced which had screws to hold it in place. 2 other places told me I would have to leave the watch for a couple of weeks for them to be able to get the screws out. Well Bourghol did it in a couple of hours! Needless to say I am thrilled with the service, knowledge and professionalism at Bourghol......
