If I could give zero stars I would. The older pharmacist is very rude. Had one of my medications filled there 2 times. I then transferred another medication there to be filled because initially they were nice. They also accept my insurance with only $1 copay. When I went to pick up my meds, the older nasty pharmacist said " I filled it this time but this is the last time, youll have to go to another pharmacy because my suppliers cut my stock for this medication.......I never heard of this. This man apparently does not know what I do for a living, I know that is a BS story, no pharmaceutical supplier is going to cut their stock to a pharmacy. The supplier is not going to cut their profit. He most likely does not want to accept the insurance payment for this medication. I then asked about my 2nd script which is not due to be filled yet but I asked if that medication would be affected, he said no and I could pick that up in 2 weeks. I said well if I have to find another pharmacy to fill my other script I might as well get both filled at another pharmacy, he said yes yes get it filled somewhere else. I left and called my podiatrist. She also said she never heard of that excuse not to fill a script and agreed he probably does not want to take the insurance payment which by the way is illegal. If you are on the insurance panel, YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT THE INSURANCE PAYMENT. When my podiatrist called this pharmacy he told her that he does not get this medication which makes no sense at all since I have had it filled 2 times there in the past 2 months. Bottom line is he is rude and he lied. You can bet that I will be calling my insurance company and making a formal complaint about this pharmacy. It is illegal to not accept the fee schedule of the insurance company if you are on their panel. The place is also not very well stocked; shelves are half empty and the place is dirty.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I called this business 2 times between yesterday and today because I have a broken ankle that required surgery and I needed to pick up a Cam Boot. I called Sunday morning to find out if the Cam Boot is something that would have to be fitted to my leg or does it go by shoe size. I spoke with a man in the pharmacy department on Sunday morning who was very short and abrupt with me. Once he heard my question he audibly huffed on the phone and asked someone in the background "can you take this?" The rude man then came back on the phone and told me that the person who handles that is not in today and I would have to call back Monday. I chalked it up to it being Sunday and maybe they were a little busy. I called back on Monday morning at about 10 AM and spoke with a woman. I explained to her that I had just had surgery and was in a hard cast but I had a prescription to pick up a CAM Boot. She abruptly said "the boot is $130 and we dont take insurance." I explained to her that my injury was workers compensation and I asked her if they accepted workers comp. She abruptly replied "yes, but it takes a few days and you need to come and fill out a form." Both times, 2 different were so rude and so unhelpful. I would never patronize this business and give them any sort of business after my horrible experience. After being rushed off of the phone and still having questions that were unanswered, I called Selden Pharmacy and had a much more pleasant experience. If you want a helpful, pleasant experience DO NOT GO HERE.

The manager (Im assuming, tall older guy with brown hair) is absolutely horrible. I went in for a pen light with recommendation from work and play. The lady at the desk said they had them and went to show me a case. I remarked that I wanted non disposable to which the lady said, "okay let me check with someone else and see if you can order them". She goes up to the manager and explains my problem and he just turns to me and says flat-out "no" then turns to the lady and says "see, just like that". Those were the only words he spoke. I turned out and walked away, never have I ever been treated like that by someone I intended to give my money to. Take your money someplace else where itll be appreciated.

Pharmacist man is rude, the women that work with him are nice, but overall, the pharmacy is not responsible. Workers who should be showing up to work to give exams or discuss options with you dont show up, show up late. I wont be going back here. If the guy who works here is rude to everyone I know, maybe he doesnt like his job, but thats not the customers fault.

Extremely rude pharmacist; website said open till 3, so called to ask if they carry an item (time was 12:47)...Met with a cranky pharmacist who was leaving for the day & website will eventually be changed...refused to even answer a simple question...Will never go back again; Selden Pharmacy people Much nicer!

Been going here for years and never had a problem. I do not know what other reviewers are talking about. They have went out of their way for me several times. The pharmacist knows my face and name and the other workers are always pleasant. How many pharmacies are like that anymore?

rather rude and not willing to work with customers, tried filling a script with the insurance company and had a problem, i was told "its between you and your insurance company i cant help you". i tried the local business but was not treated well compared to CVS and Wallgreens.

Pharmacist is a little cranky. Youd be, too if you had to handle all those insurance companies, and listen to people complain all day. Whenever I go there? They fill the prescription promptly, accurately, and explain it fully.
