Lets see, to put it succinctly: 1. Store is filthy. 2. Store has vermin. 3. Staff is rude, arrogant and could not be less helpful. 4. Parking lot is a filthy, littered mess. Rats seen more than once. Seagulls soil on your car. 5. Products with expired dates are the norm throughout the store. 6. A particular personal annoyance of mine which was just mentioned in a previous review is that the beverage deposit apparatus is NEVER in functioning order...as previously mentioned...a scam and ripoff? 7. emphasis is on self checkout which gives trouble to so many people...way too few human checkouts which are always backed up due to so many people having trouble with their auto checkouts that they do not want the aggravation.. 8. Meat, dairy and frozen food refrigerators are smelly and filthy and quite obviously not cleaned for months at a time. 9. Meat is not fresh. Poor selection. Poor quality. 10. Prices are high. 11.Staff stocking shelves block aisles and when you ask to be excused to get past they give you a dirty look, a "hurumph" and take a very exaggerated long time to move. They leave cardboard boxes everywhere. If you ask where to locate an item you get told to look at the ceiling signs. Trying to talk to one of the alleged managers is an exercise in futility. 12. A big problem IS the lack of supermarkets in the area ever since Waldbaums closed. (another problem is the lack of gas stations in the area but that is a story for another day). My family, and a number of my neighbors with whom I have spoken, will never shop here again. It is worth it to travel to other, better markets and even the nearby clubs, Costco and BJs, even nearby Target and Walmart have plenty of grocery items at good prices.

Prices are good and they offer many organic, natural and allergen friendly foods which is VERY important to our family. There is a great selection of fresh foods and even fresh foods chopped for convenience. It is really the only supermarket in the area and is very convenient being located just between Nichols Rd and Rte 347. Unfortunately, their stock is inconsistent. Often an item that we buy for three weeks straight is then missing for 4 weeks. (I have heard the same complaint from other shoppers while in the store as well.) Most weeks we have to make trips twice a week or go to an out of the way store to get what was not in stock. Also, the lines are long and SLOW. If you have a Stop and Shop Card use the self service hand held scanners as you shop around the store and put items directly into a bag. It really is the only way to get out of the store quickly.

This supermarket is in a perfect place its right between 2 major roads. Its very easy to get there. When im on my way home I stop in to grab one or two things or to do major shopping either way im in and out. Parking lot is large. Cashiers are fast and friendly. This been my favorite place to do my food shopping for the past 5 years. Prices are really good , produce is also fresh & shelves are always stocked. Great place to shop.

Super convenient due to proximity, but not the best-managed grocery store. Vaguely dirty inside, greens in produce are typically wilt-y and carts are all over the parking lot. If there were a closer shop, Id skip this place.

Large grocery store with a huge variety of products. Theres a dedicated health and allergen-focused section in the front of the store past the produce section. Easy to drive to and plenty of parking.

Its a supermarket. Its clean. Produce is all reasonably fresh. Cold cuts are pricey compared to a deli or BJs. Its pretty much where you shop if you live in this are as there is no competition.

Love coming to stop & shop to do my grocery shopping. Better then heading to Walmart or target, they have more fresh meats as well as fruits and vegetables not just fridges with frozen foods.

Cheapest but still good quality grocery store in the area. I would recommend it over something like Whole Foods because they have organic stuff as well but at a much more affordable price.
