I dont know why the 1 star rating... I have a very complicated specific generic brand script. Both pharmacists I spoke with on the phone yesterday and today have been super nice, very understanding of the semi-urgency of this last minute order (and new customer... just moved here), and are going through a lot of extra effort to get this special ordered for me asap.

Last year the pharmacy was great, then, the pharmacy changed people. after that it went down the s_ _ _ _ r. I need special med, always some reason why I have to wait. So now I have all my scripts sent some other place, also my family left.

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy put me on hold for 10 min only for another person to pick up phone and I had to explain issue all over again.shelves are empty and told workers are lazy to restock shelves..Will go somewhere else.
