I shopped on line using this location. I ordered a very full large fruit arrangement for Christmas Holiday for a friend. Thank God she sent me a picture because it was hardly the Seasons Greeting Celebration w/ Belgian Pop (with swizzle berries) I had ordered. It was suppose to be a very full large inviting arrangement to serve visiting family (135.00+7.00berries). Instead what was delivered was Christmas Celebration worth between $63.99 & $71.99). Notice the large financial difference? When I called I was shuffled around between three individuals. The bottom line they said that what is on line, on the website (corporate) where I or you place our order, can be inconsistent with what they see as diagram/ingredients on their end. Too bad for me! Therefore, I guess I would never had been able to get what I actually wanted??? I paid double what they sent my friend and her family. What they sent was embarrassing. I wouldnt have ordered it in the first place. I talked with three people from the Carmel location...Allot of double talk...Finally agreed to have them send the same tired arrangement again to make up the difference. They offered nothing else to satisfy me. I called Corporate and they want me to forward the picture and complaint. I will never order from this store again! I have absolutely no confidence that my loved ones will get the gift intended! Shame on you!

I usually love Edible Arrangements...but this time I was ordering online for an out of state sympathy gift. I request a morning delivery if possible. I called the store to be sure the received my online order. they did no problems there. The next day I heard nothing. The following day I called the recipient and they received nothing. It was to come Sat morning so mourners would have at weekend gathering. Sunday I called the Carmel store they said system said delivered sometime Sat they would check and get back to me. No one called me back. Sunday morning still no gift for recipient. Sunday night a house across the street delivered the item they say came to their home Saturday sometime as driver assumed people were away. No note of any kind left on the recipients home or telephone message, saying a delivery went across the street. Poor service. I tried calling store to let them know it was found (although Sunday night after people mourning were gone) and that notes should be left or the phone number I had given them for delivery should of had a message for the recipient to find the gift. I have now tried 3 times to call store to discuss this and get no answer or long wait on recorded hold message. Expensive and disappointing service is my review

I ordered TWO arrangements from this store, sent locally as gifts. Both were beyond the basic arrangements -- $90 & $130. Both recipients were home to take delivery, and told me that the arrangements ARRIVED with MOLDY strawberries. Repeated calls to the owner of the shop, by me and one of the recipients, were ignored. I hope the owner enjoyed the money he made from my purchases, because that is the last he will ever see of it. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN.

Placed same-day order after the same-day-delivery deadline; I called at 4:40pm to find out if they could mail it today anyway. Woman was very nice and offered to deliver the arrangement for me even though it hadnt even been prepared yet.

They managed to deliver my gift in the nick of time, I DID have to call them more than one time, but they did get it done. The stuff they delivered was beautiful and my wife came home from work smiling.
