My friends mother had passed away and I called this company to have a plant delivered to the funeral home. The woman I was speaking to was very rude. She gave me an attitude throughout the whole conversation. I am not from the area, so I was spelling out the name of the funeral home for her when she responded with "its ok I can spell" rudely, then when I offered her the address, she ignored me assuming that I knew already that she knew where the place was. Also, when I gave her the name of the plant to send (a name taken from the website), she corrected me on the description of the plant. How the hell am I supposed to know the true name of that plant. Im only using the info. thats on the website. I wanted to hang up on her and go with a different florist, but I needed to place the order right away. Ugh! Dont do business with these people!

Extremely rude. I called earlier in the evening to request flowers be sent to my wife for Valentines Day. After providing all the requisite information, I informed the woman that Id call back in an hour or so after I determined my wifes favorite flower. Though admittedly I called back an hour and a half later, the very same woman said in an extremely rude tone that its too late, that they were closed and then proceeded to hang up. I will never reach out to them again for any occasion.

This has to be the best florist in all the world. There is nothing I couldnt put in front of her that she couldnt deliver on. The flowers they pick are the best of the best and their arrangements are beautiful. Laurie is unflappable and amazing at what she does. She walked us through our wedding decisions line by line and we were done in what felt like 10 minutes and we didnt miss anything. Our wedding was beautiful and we cannot say enough good things.

Masters and company florist is by far the best in town . All the other florists in the neighborhood charge a lot to give you greens ,those little white things and deliver dead flowers . When ordering from masters its always what expected or ordered flowers are always fresh and never dead when delivered .I go to masters and company for all my floral needs .

I just called them to ask for the availability of some flowers. The man was very rude on the phone (I didnt know if it was even a florist I called) and they did not have any flowers!! I will not be doing business with them.

The best... can do impossible request... The end all best... NOT Just "Flowers" BUT True art and caring... Love in flowers I HIGHLY ENDORSE~AND RECOMMEND LONG ISLAND BEST. Laurie is THE BEST in this world...
