I love everything about this store. The sales people are friendly and helpful in matching your needs to the products that will work best for you. After just 3 days using Enchanted Eye Cream, I already notice a difference not only the crows feet, but also in the puffiness under my eyes. My one daughter had problems with dry itchy scalp but the bar shampoo and scalp treatment has worked wonders. My other daughter had oily flat hair that now looks model perfect after using one of their shampoo bars and the only thing that keeps her acne in check is their facial wash for oily and problem skin. Our family is living proof that mother nature knows best. All the Lush Cosmetic products we used have exceeded our expectations.

I love Lush, but every time I go in the store the employees can be quite rude and/or overbearing. There have been multiple times where Ill be checking out and the employees will either be very cold towards me or they will be in a conversation with another customer. Not all their employees are like this, however, but when Im buying a product at a store Id like the employees who represent the company to be polite.

the ladies gave me attitude and side-looks when i asked for samples.... like if you dont like giving customers free samples, dont give any out? it was beyond rude, considering i was a paying customer already--bought a solid shampoo bar (which Im not even very satisfied with, it makes my hair feel greasy and thin).....have been to other lush stores in the past with far better experiences.

I often get bath bombs from LUSH, today when I went in a wonderful lady named Kim went out of her way to talk to me about the skin care products you guys carry, and helped me decide which would be best for my skin type. Wonderful customer service!

My wife loves going here and all of the products they carry and gentle on your skin. Everything is reasonable priced for non-garbage filler style products that you would normally find at other stores.
