Never once in all the times Ive been in this store has anyone asked me if I needed help finding something. The staff always seems to be running around but never accomplishing anything as the tester stations are always running out of tissue or cotton swabs, and the store always looks dirty. Also, the only time Ive ever received any sample was if I spent $100 or more. Maybe this is store policy but it seems like when I buy online I always get samples. I will probably continue to shop here for convenience but its not a very satisfying shopping experience.

I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars here and they refused to take back my return items because I didnt have my receipt. My family had bought a ton of makeup while traveling for me and they lost the receipts. They have always returned my makeup with no receipts before. Truly disappointed and I will never be back to a JCPenny Sephora. Too bad the closest REAL Sephora is two and half hours away from me.

I tried to schedule a makeup application appointment with several days of anticipation, two days before the date they contact me that they have nothing available for the time I requested. Very unprofessional and rude staff. Now Im willing to travel to Mayfaire for all my makeup needs

I have never had a bad experience at this Sephora! The manager is amazing and regular staff are so sweet and helpful. Weve gotten to where we recognize each other and know what the other likes and doesnt like. Love my Sephora girls!
