I went to a Merle Norman as I thought Id get quality service, prior to heading home to Maine. The person that did my manicure and pedicure said that shed been there for three years, but she did a horrible job. She admitted that she does a bad job in painting nails and she was right. I had polish all over and she also ripped several cuticles, grabbing the soaked cuticle and just trying to rip the cuticle instead of cutting it. If I didnt need to head on the road, I would have gone back, but ended up doing my own manicure the next day as six out of ten nails were chipped. Maybe the hair, makeup and facial side would be good, but I would not recommend this studio to anyone for nail care.

Merle Norman did the makeup for myself, daughter and her maid of honor for her wedding in Sept. They made us feel very special. They were very professional and did an outstanding.
