I went in there THIS past Friday (August 4, 2016) to buy my better than sex mascara. I always buy the travel size. I LOVE the mascara. I hate the staff. When I asked for the location of the mascara the woman looked at me up and down and acted like I couldnt afford the bigger one. I buy the travel size because I dont use mascara everyday and it wont dry out as fast! As I was walking around I just felt uncomfortable there. Like I was THIS poor girl that needed to be "watched". So I just bought my mascara and nothing else! Im just going somewhere else from now on.

I love Ulta but, I can never find anyone to help me. I have to walk around the store looking for help. And, when you buy an expensive product your suppose to get samples for shopping at Ulta. This place is always out. Or wont give them out unless you spend $40.00. They are suppose to put some kind of sample in your bag just because your a customer and for shopping at there store. I know this, because Ive talk to the corporate office.

I love this store. Friendly staff, always have items in stock or online. Ive gotten my hair done in the salon, facial by the skin bar, make over at the Lancome & Clinique counters- all positive experiences. Great reward program to earn points towards free products and $$ off purchases. Carry High end and drug store makeup products, along with salon exclusive hair products. I choose ulta over sephora any day and recommend to friends.

The staff is very rude. I asked a woman if she could color match me in urban decay foundation and she acted like i asked her to lift a car then proceeded to tell me that the foundation doesnt have a color to match me because im "too white" ... went to sephora and they had no problem finding a color that matched me perfectly in the same foundation i requested... wish Ulta would hire people that actually cared about their customers..

My daughter made an appointment for makeup today. Worst experience paid $40 and had to come home wash it all off and reapply before going for the great occasion in a seniors prom. The girl there used the same foundation and brushes that she used on an other customer. This is such a set back to a great store.

Every time I come here the drugstore makeup section is always VERY unorganized. Compared to the Ulta where I used to live this one is a disappointment. The staff is nice though.

Do NOT get you hair cut here. They butchered my hair and I didnt notice till the next day. They did refund me with no issues but its going to be a hard fix.
