Absolutely love this place!! Great cold cuts and cheese selection not to mention daily fresh sides to go along with their great selection of made to order sandwiches. Its a little old style market on buffalos west side. They have fresh curbside fruits and vegetables along with a store full of hard to find items such as imported cheeses, olive oils, seasonings, pastas, rices, sauces etc. The list is endless. They also have a huge prepackaged bulk section with some great items (my personal favorite is the unsalted pumpkin seeds). The deli staff is always friendly, patient, and accommodating. Not to mention they know their products and can advise you accordingly. The only downside is you cant get a sandwich on Saturdays. The entire staff of the place is always very nice and very helpful. They will even help you carry your bags to your car if you need the help. The prices are below supermarkets on most items and they carry a great selection of local items. There is a good size parking lot directly across the street. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but not bad during the day. So if you like the old Italian market feel then this is definitely the place for you.

Guercios is where its at folks! We go every Saturday afternoon to stock up on weekly produce, lunch meat, cheeses, vinegars and oils needed for all of our weeks recipes. I feel that its a cultural experience each time we go, different languages are spoken amongst the customers and workers, and the workers are probably all related and its funny to hear their comradery. Overall this place is a not so hidden gem located on Buffalos west side. The prices are fair and the selection is always fresh and changing with the seasons.

It had everything I need regularly, and nothing I dont. The prices are nearly always the cheapest around, and still high quality with great produce! They sell a lot of locally-made products, supporting local vendors, which I appreciate. The deli is great and olive bar cheaper than Wegmans, which starts to close 15 minutes before the store closes - fyi. I love that I can get everything I need and out of the store in 10 minutes. Usually I say longer browsing for fun.

Great produce, Italian cheeses, gourmet specialties, deli. They do restaurant supply from the refrigerated warehouse in back of the store. If you cant do you own shopping, call or fax your order. They have a fleet of delivery trucks. Check out the family history displayed on the wallpaper, from grandpa selling fresh produce from a cart in Sicily to the 2nd and 3rd generations of Guercios running the store today. I love this store.

Old time Italian green grocer. Excellent produce, cold cuts, and cheese prices! They supply a lot of restaurants with produce. If you dont see what you need, just ask! HUGE selection of pasta as well, and bulk foods. They sell a lot of local seasonal produce. Love Guercios!
