I shop here regularly and am consistently disappointed in the lack of customer service. I feel like the staff here, primarily at the registers tends to slack off. I notice that they rarely help you bag, and will usually push the belt down with your items to have you bag the rest, while they finish checking out a customer, and then rarely help you stock your cart back with your grocery. Im not one to complain, and it takes a lot for me to say something, but after regularly not receiving quality customer service I felt that I had to say something and be honest. A store cannot improve and workers cannot do better unless someone corrects their behavior. The store is nice, and very well kept, and I still will shop here, I just think theres room for improvement as far as their customer service goes.

Its a little pricey but they have a great selection. Their little departments (chicken kitchen, pick & prep, beer den, etc) are helpful and they have a lot of food in the deli so you can go there for lunch and get something quick. I enjoy walking around the store with a beer in my hand but the wife hates it. She says I take too long when I do it. If they added TVs at the end of each isle with sports on she would never take me there.

Great grocery store! The produce section has really fresh looking goods... They even have a live herb section where you can clip a mix of fresh herbs to put in a bag so you dont have to buy more than you need of separate herbs. Really awesome feature! Throughout the store there was a good number of items with great discounts. Some some home pest control spray half off! They also have a great selection of beer as well.

This is by far my favorite Lowes Foods to go to. I have 2 little girls (2 and 1) and everyone is always so patient and wonderful with them! They even stopped and did the chicken dance for them! They have a drop down by the hot foods section. For my girls its a fun event and for me it truly makes my shopping experience that much greater with one of the most friendliest staff out there! Thank you!!!

I gave 3 stars because the line to check out are long and with only 2 cashiers, there needs to be more of them open. The store is clean and they are very helpful Would give 5 if they had more cashiers. I sometimes have to walk with a cane an they are happy to help me load my car very nice people but really do need more lines open

Lowes always has clean stores and a good selection; theyre one of the only stores that carry Turkey Hill brand products here. Customer service is outstanding. My only negative is price; theyre definitely one of the most expensive grocery stores in this area. But I do understand you get what you pay for sometimes.

This place is amazing! They had such a great selection, and the store was a pleasure to walk through and to take in the layout and decorations. Theyll prep vegetables and food in the store, which Im going to use instead of eating out or using those meal delivery services.

Pretty good grocery store they have a good selection. They also have a section to make your own sausage and beer. They are on the upper end of price on items but if getting in and out quickly and finding hard to find items is important this is the place for you

In my experience, this store typically goes the extra mile for customer service. They are pleasant and helpful. And the store itself has recently been beautifully and cleverly renovated so that it is as close to pleasant as grocery shopping gets!

Excellent markdowns when they have them. Some things are a bit more expensive, Ive noticed, but the sales are usually competitive. Not a big fan of getting into and out of their lot - but thats not really something in the realm of their control.

Newly renovated, they now have a bar where you can enjoy an alcoholic beverage; a deli and salad bar, and lots of great grocery shopping, including flower arrangements. They have a caring Staff...eager to help and the prices are reasonable.

I usually dont shop here because the prices are higher on my everyday foods, but they do have brands and services that that you cant get at other grocers. I do love the tiny shopping carts for kids. My son loves it, and self checkout!

Order ahead. They even deliver now! Great prepared foods in the deli. Odd promotions sometimes. Collect stamps to get knives? You know that little knife really cost you about $800 in groceries.

Very nice place, wonderfully decorated and close to everything. Their meat selection and fresh fried chicken is great! However their prices tend to be higher than other stores.

Love that you can cut your own fresh herbs. We got lucky while shopping and they had just put out fresh bread. We made fresh garlic bread with the company garlic spread.

Pricier than most of the other supermarkets around town. But there are some items that you can only buy here such as Boars Head cold cuts and Semolina Italian bread.

Nice big store with a great selection. Also has a beer growler bar for buying draft beers. Well worth the longer drive.
