After less than 1 month of riding my Surly after service at Zukkies my chain broke on my morning commute to work. My repairman informed me that he was giving me a used cassette and that if I had any problems to come back into the shop and they would take care of it. It was skipping a bit but I was waiting until I had a day off to come in, not thinking I would have any problems, especially not less than 30 days after the repair. When I returned today I was being amicable and not expecting anything for free. I thought I could pay the difference on a new cassette and chain, and that would be that. But by the owner, I was greeted only with arguments and attitude. They only have a 3 day warrenty she says. She couldnt recall anyone by my description working for her (even though I have the credit card record of the repair on my phone). It was so rude and so not what I was expecting I cannot believe it! I have worked in customer service so I know how to treat people in a dispute. I am honestly shocked by her attitude of dismissal and disrespect for a local customer. I will NEVER again have my bike serviced here and I will leave this here as a warning to all. They dont care about your bike, or the work they provide, and when a dispute arises, youre up a creek. I told her I was going to leave a bad review and she responded "it will only bring in more customers!"

This place is awesome! May be small but the staff are very friendly and they give you tons of options to chose from. I bought a pure fix bike and they let me change the rims to a different color at no extra cost. And they make sure that the bike is adjusted to your height and riding style.

This place cant be beat! The prices, the workers, the location, and over the top knowledge but yet super willing to sell you used if thats what youre looking for! They accommodate your needs/wants for a bike, not their sales!
