Very disappointed. I came in a few months ago excited to get a tattoo and to schedule one with Thom but things became complicated quickly. I made an appointment and there was miscommunication between the person at the front desk and Thom and he didnt show up to my appointment. Second appointment was fine, but he seemed anxious and made me pay a 40 dollar deposit upfront for my tattoo despite me not being sure and wanting to see the designs first. Then I receive a voicemail saying that since I missed my last appointment (mind you I left an email because it was 4th of July weekend and I was out of town) they forfeited my deposit and I had to pay another 80 bucks out of pocket lol. The business manager sent me that message and also sent me an email. So they basically stole 40 bucks from me after I told Thom that I sent him an email saying I was out of town and I dont want to pay more than 80 bucks for my tattoo like I agreed. They have terrible communication. The business manager is honestly a jerk and steals money from people the same with Thom for not returning the money they stole from me. I wouldnt recommend this store, they need to to work on their customer service and communicating with their customers instead of screwing them out of money. Terrible. I am a college student , going to grad school so getting 40 bucks stolen from me is alot.

Enjoyed my double session experience here. I got my tattoo from Gene a year ago. Gene was great, easy to talk to but he is a quiet soul filled with creativity. Take a look at his FB page and you will see what I mean. The store itself was clean, organized. During the time I was there, they had Loic as a guest artist (from France) and it is not uncommon for them to host some really interesting artists from around the world or the states every now and then. Will go back for number two soon ... :D

Everything about tattoo culture is better than any shop i have ever benn too. The receptionist, friendly and follows up with you before your scheduled date, and the artist Brian Wren, his work is absolutlely incredible. Gene i didnt get any work from YET but super cool guy and laid back attitude.. this place is so far from the typical dick tattoo shop attitudes. these guys are a class way above the rest. highly reccommend!!!

Ive become a bit of a tattoo collector, and without a doubt Tattoo Culture is the place to do it. From Gene, the resident artists unique style, to that of the world class guest artists that frequent the shop, you cannot go wrong! Make sure you call and ask who is coming soon and reserve your guest artist early, they book VERY early in advanced and youll end up missing out!

I got a small heart tattoo and they messed up on very simple line work. But I like my tattoo still, not about to be insecure anytime soon!
