I was very disappointed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of your artists Joe Mumola. Back in March, I made an appointment for a tattoo which I thought was for July 29th. Yesterday I found the card and realized it was July 26th. I tried calling and emailing Joe several times and received no response. I was finally able to reach him today to explain why I missed the appointment and tried to reschedule. He became very agitated and argumentative when I asked why he didnt call me when I didnt show up for my appointment on Sunday. (I had left a deposit) He admitted that the professional thing to do would have been to call me, his client, on the day of my appointment to confirm but insisted its not his responsibility to confirm appointments. Im not quite sure how much of a successful business one could have if confirmation phone calls arent made to ensure that the artist doesnt have an entirely open afternoon. His aggressive behavior prevents me from ever wanting to reschedule or recommend this business to any of my friends. Needless to say, I did not get my deposit back.

Keri is amazingly helpful with any piercing questions you may have. As for the tattoo artists, I have been there numerous times and have seen them all working, the quality of the work is exceptional. If you want custom work they will help you get your idea into the perfect tattoo. My first two tattoos were done years ago at a shop that will remain nameless and I hate those tattoos. I came to Eddie with an idea and he helped me get the idea perfect but when he said "I can cover this up of you want because if would fit better this way", I was thrilled. Needless to say, my cover-up is perfect and even people who knew my tattoo cant find it in the cover-up. If you want a tattoo, I advise going here only.

I was recommended this place by an ex of mine and got a Corpse Bride tattoo from an artist named Sam who was not only very friendly but also very talented. Its been a year and I love my tattoo more each day. It is an amazing tattoo and I constantly get stopped and complimented for my tattoos mainly because this piece put everything together. I will be going back to finish my arm up. I went in a week prior to the scheduled work date because I had to book my appointment and send my artist the tattoo and he designed something even more beautiful when I got back to the shop. Couldnt have asked for a better artist. Hope he is still there when I request to finish my arm.

All the artists here are super talented, but Eddie is my artist of choice we gel really well together and hes great at taking an idea or sketch you have, and adding his style/improving it to make for a really unique and great piece. The staff are all cool and courteous and its a laid back vibe. Lots of tattoo shops youll get treated really condescendingly and rudely, but not this place. This will be my new go-to tattoo shop from now on. And for the price? The artists caliber of skill is really unbelievable they could charge twice as much for how talented they are.

Ive had tattoos done at other places before, but these guys not only know what theyre doing, they do it with pride and energy. They dont just slap art on, they talk to you and get to know you. All the artists are super nerdy too, so if youve got an obscure reference you want done, these guys will know what youre asking for and know how to deliver it the right way. In particular Mike V has the talent and style my husband and I want to display with pride. Ill continue going back to them always.

I came here after receiving terrible service at Big Joe and Sons Tattoo, I was discriminated against and given the run around. They made me wait two hours for a tattoo that is 5 inches. The service at Addicted To Ink is friendly and very welcoming. It was my first tattoo and the artist was very patient with me. The shop looks excellent, and the technology is advanced.

Super clean shop and very friendly staff. Definitely one of the best(If not the best) shops Ive been to...and Ive been to a lot of shops. I walked in expecting to make an appointment, but I was able to get in within 30 minutes. The service was great and the price was very reasonable. Ill be going for back for more ink very soon.

I went to the store and somebody immediately helped me out, they were gladly available to do the tattoo right away. Eddie was my artist, five stars for him too! I would gladly recommend this place, very clean and pretty inside. Keep the awesome work!

Got my nipples, belly button and nose pierced there. My nose rejected the piercing. And i kept taking out my navel ring to workout and kept forgetting to put it back in and got it re-pierced here 2 times. They are awesome!.
