Dont expect any customer service......People work there are like gangs. I was there and the cashier over charge me on two item. (she wants to charge 3x the price). I catch it & inform her to check the item again. She refused and begin to argue that the price is correct. Shes is actually yelling!!! I asked for manager and a guy came over but hes very unfriendly. While he scan everything again, the cashier was cahtting with other people emphasizing that Im a idoit & lying. Guess what?? I"M RIGHT!!! The manager rescan everything with the correct price. This cashier & manager did not apologize or said a work & tell me to pay for it. I told them that they need to said sorry or they can put all those thing back to their shelf. They refuse and I turn around and try to leave, while that a store associate try to stop me from leaving and order me to pay. I tell him to move awy or I will call 911. He almost try to push me until I took out my phone & about to dial 911. These people are gangster, I advise people not to shop there. In the past experience, I saw these cashier yelling at the erlderly people again & again because they are slow. This supermarket sucks!!

I am only giving one star if there were zero stars I would give it to them. All there cashiers are really rude with no manners. So I went to fei long supermarket and buy things and when I went to the line to pay and when it is my turn I was checking at the computer to check if they extra charge me on some item because before they extra charge me and I didnt notice it. And I was looking at the computer to double check and the cashier was keep rushing me card, card, card and then I told her hold on one second Im check if you extra charge me. And then she gave me the rude stare and telling me that I have no manners and my parent didnt teach me right !I mean what the... You are working here and as working as cashiers YOU SHOULD AT LEAST HAVE SOME MANNERS TO THE CUSTOMER. And I have right to DOUBLE CHECK IF THEY EXTRA CHARGED ME. This place is making me disgraceful. I dont think that people would be able to go there and buy thing. With that rude attitude to a customer and telling me that my parents didnt teach me right. I dont think that people will go there and buy things from them if they continue having this ridiculous attitude.

Fei Long is a large supermarket with aisles full of Chinese sauces, dried food, snacks, fruits & vegetables, as well as meat and fish sections. You can probably find 90% of any Asian goodies youre searching for here at competitive prices. The service is as you would expect. Its nothing great, but they answer your questions. Many meats and vegetables, however, are only labeled in Chinese, which can make it tough to discern the long, leafy greens from the longer, leafier greens. A warning: the meat department has terrible health standards. Although their selection is vast, they use the same gloves to handle raw meat that they use to bag it, weight it, and then hand it to you. The store has an enclosed parking lot off of 64th Street, which seems to unreliably enforce its advertised fees and minimum purchase requirements. In the middle of the store are public restrooms, and in the back, a large food court serving Chinese food and boba tea. I am giving Fei Long 3 out of 5 stars mostly due to its backwards sanitary practices. There is no excuse when it comes to the health of your customers.

Empolyees and management are terrible, my mom shop there a lot, today she was humiliate by the cashier and the guy so called himself the "manager" when she was at check out, one of the item that is on promotion for 8.99 (told by supermarket associate) but it came to 12.99 my mom told the cashier and took her to the place where the sign says 8.99 she took it down in front of her and said this expired, and called her an idiot. When my mom told me i went back with her and ask for manager, the cashier refuses to get the manager then the guy stands behind us came up and said he is the manager when we told him what happened they all deny what has happened, no action or apology was made but more dirty words came from their employees, they do not care about customers. I want to share this experiences just in case anyone of you wants to shop there do not get in argument with their employees if you do, compliant doesnt help at all only gets yourself more humiliated.

They used to be good. What went wrong in last couple of years: 1: They put all the vegetables into a huge plastic bag & force people to buy it. (They wont let us separate. Even gingers...Its just too much.) 2: Their quality became so much lower than 2 years ago. Especially like Chives & Shiitake Mushroom used to be really good, but now they only get the cheapest quality to make more money. 3: They became over populated & all the fresh stuff will be gone by 11am. 4: Not consistent. Maybe only 1 out of 5 trips will worth it. 5: I bought too many already-expired food/ snacks here. They really need to replace them. 6: Advertisement people tying to hand you an useless paper at the entrance are very annoying. Conclusion: I hope they should think about customers rather than trying to make more money. I think they are actually losing customers in this way. I hope it gets better, but if not, just replace this place with other supermarkets.

Seems like this place is always hit or miss but one thing always stays the same. The CASHIERS ARE VERY RUDE! Management is delinquent in their duties with teaching them proper customer service. I made an impulse buy of some seafood that came out to $13. I tried to charge it but she tells me that its a $15 minimum (which is illegal by the way - its supposed to be $10). Instead of fighting with her over it, I simply told her I did not have cash on me (even though Ive been there many times before) and she tells me to go shop somewhere else for it then. That was the last straw. I simply said "Fine" and walked out. Go to Good Fortune Super Market instead. At least the cashiers there are nicer.

This chinese supermarket seems to be always packed especially during the weekend. They have lots of variety of items to sell from fresh product, meat to packaged items. There are also several food demo stations where you can try out the food before you decide to purchase them. The main complaint I have about this place is that the aisles an be very cramped up at times. Theres just too many people shopping there even though theres like 2 other places nearby that are quite large (one is smaller than Fei Long, but the other is definitely comparable). Checkout lines can be a bit chaotic but they seem to move pretty quickly for the most part and it helps that a lot of the lanes are opened.

This isnt a review for Fei Long Market itself, but a review for Mango Empress, which is within Fei Long. Despite just being a relatively recent addition to the many boba places in Brooklyn, this is one of my favorite boba places. The variety and selections are amazing. Their milk tea and boba is already really good, but their taro milk tea and yogurt is phenomenal! The ladies here are also very friendly, something I really do appreciate when it comes to milk tea / coffee services. Anybody within the vicinity looking for boba or Asian style drinks should definitely try Mango Empress.
