I am a longtime customer of this department store. This is literally the worst store to shop at. Employees are horrible, lazy, unprofessional, and have no understanding or nor care about their customers. But you all know "when the fish stinks, it start with the head. Hire people that care about their job. Its clear why the store is always dead! No service equates to no business.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Do not expect and level of customer service. They do not care !!! Expect rude , incompetent employees who will walk right past you and ignore your request for help. Basically they should be working in a McDonalds instead of a clothing store. Id prefer to pay a little more and get treated with respect and cortesey.
