I would give more stars based on many categories I would rate a business on but this Marshalls needs to do something about the lines and waiting. Not only is the usual designated waiting space full ("regular" waiting time from here is 20 to 30 minutes) but the line can go as long as all the way down to the kids category. This is not a one time thing. It has been my experience 90% of the time. What is up with the service in here? I understand there could be a lot of costumers and can be hard to catch up, but Ive seen the registers and theyre so slow. Why? Is there not enough staff on the floor? Why cant you have all cashiers open and running when there are those kinds of line? I cant be in a store where it takes me 20 minutes to find and get what I want and then I have to be 1 hour in line to pay for it!? No way.

Good store, good staff, prices are nice. I just dont understand one simple thing: why you still doing nothing to avoid the HUGE lines??? Many times I was suppose to buy something but was just skipping that because of the ETERNAL WAITING in the line. Its usually only 3 cashierss open and they dont hurry at all. People are standing like FOREVER. why it is not possible to open more cashiers and teach emploees how to work more fast??? It was couple days before Christmas, huge line. One of the employers were going along the line wishing everyone happy holidays, but the line never moved. You probably kidding! People want just pay and escape from here ASAP, we dont need wishes, dont waste our time!!!!

Upon arriving to the store, all the shopping carts were taken, I did not mind waiting for an empty one from the costumers that were coming through the checkout line. However, what I did mind was sweating from how hot it was in the store and then after spending about 45 minutes inside looking at merchandise, having to stand in line for 15 minutes with a few items. The store definitely needs to invest in an express checkout lane, speed up the purchases for people with 10 items or less and make the process a lot easier. I gave it a four star because, despite the heat and long lines, merchandise was easy to find, the prices were very fair and appropriate, and I would certainly shop there again.

I was at one of the Marshalls stores near my house yesterday looking for a dress for my party next week I had a difficult time finding a dress but luckily I had one of the best experiences with a staff member who said her name was Nahed. She helped me find the right dress I was looking for and didnt leave my side until I found a dress. All of the staff at Marshall are wonderful and I have always had a great experience there with finding what I need. The only complaint is that the lines are a bit long but that doesnt outshine all of the benefits of the store with great staff (always look for Nahed wonderful helper), organized lanes, and good quality products.

The absolute worst..highly disorganized clothes on the floor..cashier lines that require the utmost patience you are looking at a minimum of 35 min wait..The population of those who go shopping in there I guess speak for themselves and is no wonder why it is such a dump.. The workers are courteous and are professional. Dont go shopping today because the air conditioning was not working due to an electrical fire! Total disappointment..it is unfortunate that Annie Sez could not replace Marshalls in that location.. One star is as low of a rating I could give however I truly preferred to not even give 1

Going into this store is like taking a leap into the unknown. You really never do know what youll find. The clothes and stuff is pretty roughly handled by the customers and stuff is always in the wrong place or damaged. But sometimes you can find some good deals or stuff that was undamaged. I wouldnt go here expecting to find something specific but its always interesting to wander around and see what you can find. Its like a retail version of the room of requirements from Harry Potter. Just full of towers of random stuff and sometimes something you need.

can get designer clothes for less. usually long long lines in this location. dont carry too many slim fit mens sizes. good for shoes, sunglasses, childrens books, housewares, and beauty products. not always as inexpensive as youd expect but good quality overall across the board. I shop there a lot when I have time to wait on line. Inventory turnover can be quick so sometimes you have to move fast or you will regret that you didnt buy more at that price earlier.

Always dirty because customers not responsible, always huge lane, but it is because everyone like this place. Prices chip. once I pay for big candle 8$, and on my eyes woman take it out, I told to cashier that it was mine , she said "no I wrap it and put in your bag" but when I am got home it wasnt there!!! I was upset, but when I came back next day, tell this story and show my receipt, they apologize and give me candle back.

Marshall is a very on tidy and dirty store lately..you have to stand on the line and wait at least one hour before u reach the cashier...yesterday i thought there were closing out ...the way the shoes and clothes were on the floor... Not a lot of workers to ask questoin if u need to..and lots of attitudes..these need to get better system..in that store espevially the one on 86th and 18 ave..

Its a Marshalls. Its exactly what youd expect. The staff is good, the prices are terrific, and the store is always insanely crowded. They typically staff what would seem to be an adequate number of cashiers to handle the load, but for the sheer number of customers in that place most times, Im not sure theres much they could do to make it faster. Store is well arranged and pretty clean.

well the shoes department is the best. if you need any help ask marina or Stacey the manager. they are both very knowledgeable. as far as the rest of the store they got some pretty nice stuff but the shoes dept is the cleanest and has the largest selection that ive seen in a store. only problem is long lines but hey that just means they got to many customers lol

Had been to this particular store many time and way before the holiday season started, noticed that it is very unorganized from how merchandises presented to how cashiers work. Always a wait. Many items are opened, packaging is ripped and missing price tags, which are not really stuffs fault, more the customers,but there should be something that could be done.

This is the only Marshalls Ive been to and Im a regular here because of the cheap deals I can find. However, its pretty messy there so every time you would have to dig through giant heaps of clothing to find things. They should organize their items better. And the lines are SOOO long. I think they should make seperate lines for purchases and returns.

I love shopping at marshalls, but this location is terrible. Store is disorganized and line for the cashiers very long. Last time i went there with my grandparents, they couldnt stay long on line. I tried to speak to their supervisor after being on line for 15 min, if they can help us. But, they didnt even listen to me. I had only 2 items on hand.
