Just awful. Slowest cash registers I have ever seen. This store needs new management, when the line is long and each cashier is taking extra long with their customers its only logical to open another register to get rid of the line. As I was waiting in line for at least 25 min an employee asked if she should open her register, and her coworker which I do not think it was a manager, said " No, I think we got it." Then the cashier who assisted me blatantly lied to my face when I suggested they open another register by saying that no one was available. This was unfortunately a waste of my time for two items.

I do shop here a lot, even though Im giving it a lower score. The Gap outlets in general have lower quality clothes, which means they dont last for as long as regular Gap clothes. On Saturdays parking in this area can get pretty crazy. If you find the right time of the year to shop at the store you can get amazing deals. The checkout line is always busy even on a weekday afternoon.

Awful service. Wouldnt even help a 4 year old girl who had an accident and needed new pants right away and still insisted on the father waiting in a very long line that would take at least 30 minutes to return pants to get the right size for the 4 year old girl. She wasnt wearing any pants and the pants the father bought approximately 1 hour ago were too big. Real classy Gap!

Another outlet shop that has a lot of "deals", though everything is last years style or made specifically for the store. In all likelihood, you are better off looking for sales at the real store. However, they do have a pretty large selection and prices are decent.

Gap prices for clothes are outrageous. Thank goodness there is a Gap outlet. Long lines at checkout.
